Join us for a guided meditation and community discussion where we will cultivate tools that assist in creating a more peaceful and harmonious world for ourselves and others.
In difficult times we may feel the world closing in around us, finding it hard to expand our hearts to others. In this class, we will explore ways to grow authentic compassion for challenging people and situations, allowing us a transformative approach without sacrificing our own wellbeing. Through mindfulness, we’ll study how our own suffering arises, allowing us to gain compassion for ourselves and others which gives us the tools to navigate difficult circumstances and emotions together. All our actions are preceded by thoughts, and by engaging with new perspectives we create the potential to reshape our world.
